Het idee dat onze lever als een filter functioneert is een hardnekkige fabel. We kunnen niet onze lever reinigen, maar onze lever reinigt ons lichaam. Vandaar het het zinvol is om de lever te helpen bij zijn taak.

Tijdens deze dag behandelt Yvonne van Stigt de lever detoxificatiesystemen die aan de basis liggen van een goede gezondheid. Zij laat zien op welke wijze het lichaam zich van afvalstoffen ontdoet en hoe je de lever kunt helpen om ons lichaam optimaal te laten functioneren.
